Sharlene Elunor (She/Her)

Sharlene Elunor (She/Her)

Manager of Indigenous Projects & Social Enterprises

Sharlene Elunor is a Cree/Saulteaux woman from Key First Nation in Saskatchewan. She has been a resident of the beautiful West Coast since 1997. Sharlene holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from UBC with a specialization in child welfare. With a strong dedication to serving Indigenous people and all nations, she has extensive experience in child welfare, working with children, youth, and families.

Currently, Sharlene serves as a committee member for the Child, Youth, and Family Well-Being Advisory Committee at Key First Nation. At Toks General Contracting, she is the Manager of Indigenous Projects and Social Enterprises, where she continues to make a positive impact on Indigenous communities.

Eliane Greene (She/Her)

Eliane Greene is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial project management, client relations, and policy compliance.

She has collaborated with institutions like UBC, Simon Fraser University, and Calgary-based organizations, delivering results that align with strategic goals. Known for her strong stakeholder engagement and commitment to sustainability, Joyce excels at fostering partnerships and ensuring projects meet both regulatory standards and community needs.

At TOKS General Contracting, she brings her expertise in efficient, culturally mindful, and environmentally responsible project execution helping partners achieve their vision while making a lasting impact.

Ming Tom Chan (He/Him)

Ming Tom Chan (He/Him)

Director of People and Culture

Ming Tom is a seasoned educator and human resources professional with over two decades of academic and industry experience. Since 2016, he has been a valued faculty member at a local University, where he brings real-world insight into his teaching of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.

Before transitioning into academia, Ming Tom spent more than twenty years working in the corporate HR sector with leading international financial services organizations. His professional background spans talent development, workforce planning, and strategic HR leadership across diverse cultural and operational contexts.

Ming Tom holds a Master of Social Science degree and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) in British Columbia. He is also a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the U.S.-based Society for Human Resource Management. Ming Tom is passionate about mentoring the next generation of HR leaders and integrating global perspectives.
