Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• General Repairs:
  • Plumbing repairs and installations.
  • Electrical repairs and installations (under supervision).
  • Carpentry work, including repairs and installations.
  • Appliance repair and maintenance.
• Routine Inspections:
  • Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues.
  • Documenting findings and recommending necessary repairs.
• Exterior Maintenance:
  • Gutter cleaning and repair.
  • Pressure washing.
  • Landscaping and yard work.
  • Minor exterior repairs and painting.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 Driver’s License: Required for travel to job sites.
• Reliable Vehicle: Necessary for transportation to and from job sites.
• Strong Work Ethic: Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
